Photograph the problem
Stand back far enough to get the whole thing in frame. Three or four angles is plenty. A phone camera is all we need.
Paradise Ranch 22 clears overgrown lots, demolishes old pools and structures, delivers fill dirt and base rock, and leaves you level ground that is ready to build on. Snap a photo of the job and get a quick estimate, often the same day.
A photo gets you a ballpark fast. The final price is set when we walk the site, and that visit is free too.
Most people wait days for someone to come out before they hear a number. You'll have one before that.
Stand back far enough to get the whole thing in frame. Three or four angles is plenty. A phone camera is all we need.
We read the photos, the size, the access and where it sits, then send a realistic range by the contact method you picked.
If the range works for you, we come out and look at it in person. That's when the number becomes a real quote you can sign.
Anything you get from this website is an estimate, not a contract. Photos can't show us buried concrete, a septic line, soil that turns to rock two feet down, or how tight the gate is. We only commit to a final price once we've stood on the property. If what we find changes the number, you hear it from us before any work starts, never after.
Raw acreage, tired backyards, and everything in between. One crew, one bill, site left clean.
Brush, scrub, overgrown lots and fence lines opened back up, down to bare, workable ground.
Sheds, barns, mobile homes, garages, slabs and block walls taken down and carried away in one go.
Full removal or engineered partial fill, backfilled and compacted so the yard is usable again instead of a soft spot.
Removal, grubbing and root raking so nothing comes back up through your new pad or lawn.
Heavy growth chewed down in place and left as ground cover. Cheaper than hauling when you don't need it gone.
Cut, filled and compacted pads for homes, shops, barns and manufactured housing, built to the elevation you need.
Rough and finish grading that moves water away from your buildings instead of into them.
Screened filter dirt, fill and topsoil delivered and spread, or hauled off if you've got too much of it.
Road base, crushed rock and gravel laid and compacted for driveways, ranch roads and equipment yards.
New fence line, replacement, or the old one pulled and hauled. Ranch entrances and gates included.
Utility trenches, culverts, swales and erosion control that keeps the driveway where you put it.
Junk piles, storm damage, burn piles and construction debris loaded out and legally disposed of.
Don't see it listed? If it involves an excavator, a dozer or a dump truck, ask us anyway.
The more of this you can tell us up front, the tighter the estimate lands.
A quarter acre and five acres are different jobs. Pace it off or check your parcel. A rough number beats no number.
Light weeds move fast. Mature oaks, palmetto and thick trunks slow everything down.
A gate we can't fit a trailer through changes the machine we bring, and the machine drives the price.
Mulched in place, piled in a corner, or hauled to the landfill. Three very different line items.
Old footings, rebar, septic and rock are the usual surprises. Tell us what you know and we'll plan for it.
Mobilization is real money. Jobs inside our normal radius price better than one-off long hauls.
We run out of Southwest Florida and cover roughly 60 miles in every direction. Farther out is usually still a yes; mobilization just gets priced in.
Photos from the yard go up here as jobs come off the schedule.
The Google Business Profile is being set up right now. The moment it's live, this button starts working and every happy customer gets pointed straight at it.
Already worked with us? We'd be grateful for a review as soon as the profile goes live. It's the single biggest thing that helps a local crew get found.
No reviews on this page yet, and we are not going to write our own. When the profile opens, the customers whose land we have already cleared are the first ones we ask.
Paradise Ranch 22
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. What you get from a photo is an estimate: a realistic range based on what we can see. The final quote comes after we've been to the property. In most cases the two are close, and if something on site changes the number we tell you before we start, not on the invoice.
Daylight, standing back far enough to see the whole area, and something for scale, like a truck, a fence or a person. Three or four angles beats one perfect shot. If there's a gate or a narrow spot we'd have to squeeze equipment through, photograph that too. It matters more than people expect.
Estimates usually go back out within a day. Scheduling the actual work depends on the season and how big the job is, but we'll give you a real date, not a maybe.
Not for the estimate. For the site visit it helps if you or someone who knows the property can walk it with us, but if that's not possible we'll work from your notes and photos and call with anything we can't figure out.
If you want it gone, yes: loaded out and disposed of properly. If you'd rather keep the cost down, we can mulch it in place or stack it in a corner of the property. Tell us which you prefer on the quote form; it's one of the bigger swings in price.
Demolition and pool removal often need a permit, and it varies by county. We'll tell you what your job needs and can handle the filing. Underground utilities get located before we dig, every time, no exceptions.
Yes. We're happy to send our license and certificate of insurance with the quote. Ask and it's in your inbox the same day.
They're used to price your job and to reach you about it. That's the whole list. We don't sell your details, we don't hand them to marketing companies, and your photos are never published anywhere. The full policy is written in plain English on the privacy page.
One photo, three fields, and you'll have a number to work with. No account, no obligation, no charge.
Five short steps. Photos help most; the rest just sharpens the number. Nothing here obligates you to anything.
Call, text, or send a note. If you already know what you need priced, the quote form gets you an answer faster.
Crews are usually rolling before the office opens. Leave a message early and you'll hear back the same morning.
Our Google Business Profile is being set up. As soon as it's live this button takes you straight to the review box.
We'll get back to you the way you asked, usually within one business day.
Request a quote while you're hereParadise Ranch Land Services provides land clearing, demolition and dirt work. This policy covers this website and the forms on it. Where it says "we" or "us", it means this business. Where it says "you", it means anyone who fills in a form here.
Only what you type or upload yourself. Nothing is gathered in the background.
We don't ask for payment details, identification numbers, or anything else this website has no business knowing.
Three reasons, and no others:
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not use your information to market anything unrelated to the job you asked about.
You pick the methods: call, text, email or WhatsApp. We use those and no others. If you'd rather switch later, tell us and we will.
About text messages: we only text you if you tick the box asking us to. Those messages relate to your estimate and your job, never to promotions. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts doesn't affect your estimate; we'll simply call or email instead.
Photos you upload are used to estimate your job. They're seen by the person pricing the work and by the crew who'll be doing it. Nobody else.
Your photos are never published anywhere. Not in our gallery, not in our ads, not on social media. If we ever wanted to show a before and after from your job, we would ask you first, in writing, and a no changes nothing about your price.
Please don't upload photos containing other people, licence plates, or anything sensitive. Crop them out if they're in frame. If we spot personal details in a photo we'll do our best to ignore them, but we can't guarantee what we haven't seen.
The quote form lets you either type an address or drop a pin. If you use the pin, your browser asks your permission before sharing your device's location. You can decline and type the address instead, and everything still works.
Coordinates are used to find the property, judge the drive and check it's within our service area. We don't track your location over time, we don't store it after your job is closed out, and nothing about location is shared with anyone outside our crew.
Your information stays with our team. The only exceptions are ordinary and necessary:
We have never sold customer information and we're not going to start. If this business is ever sold or transferred, any new owner would be bound by this same policy, and you'd be told before anything changed.
Quote requests that don't turn into work are kept for up to two years, in case you come back to us. Records for jobs we actually completed are kept longer, because tax and warranty rules require it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we're legally required to hold on to it.
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection. Access is limited to the people who need it to price and schedule your job, and their accounts are password protected. We keep only what we need for as long as we need it, which is the simplest protection there is.
No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise. What we can promise is that we don't collect anything we don't need, and we don't keep it longer than we should.
Whatever state you're in, you can ask us to:
Email or call us and we'll take care of it, normally within thirty days and usually much sooner. We won't charge you for it, and asking won't affect the price of your job.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. It stores two small things in your own browser, on your own device: which language you chose, and a draft of the quote form so a refresh doesn't wipe out what you typed. Both stay on your device, are never sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes them.
This site is meant for adults arranging work on property. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we'll delete it.
This matters enough to put in writing. Any price you receive as a result of submitting photos through this website is an estimate: our best assessment of the cost based on the limited information a photograph can carry.
It is not a binding offer, it is not a contract, and it does not commit either of us to anything. Conditions that a photo can't reveal, such as buried concrete, rock, utilities, septic systems, unstable soil, restricted access, permit requirements, weather or waste disposal rules, routinely change what a job actually costs.
A firm quote is issued only after we have visited the property and seen the work in person. If what we find on site changes the number, we tell you before any work begins and you're free to walk away. No work starts, and nothing is owed, until you've accepted a written quote.
A few reasonable ground rules. Please submit accurate information. A wrong address or a photo of somebody else's property wastes both our time. Only upload photos you have the right to share, of property you own or are authorised to act for. Don't use these forms to send us anything abusive, misleading or unlawful.
The words, images and code on this site belong to us. The details we publish, like service descriptions, coverage area and hours, are given in good faith and may change. We may decline any request, and we may pause or change this website at any time.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be explained here in plain language rather than buried in the text.
Questions about your information, or want it deleted? Contact us any of these ways and a person will handle it:
